Cannot enable Print Anywhere for Laserjet m140w

I'm trying to enable Print Anywhere for Laserjet m140w  as stated in https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1582257-1299980-16

But under Account Dashboard, Solutions, there is no option named "Print Anywhere".

Please consider that in this doc https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/ish_2843711-2427128-16 the feature "Print Anywhere with the HP Smart app" is supported!
