Hi:

The driver for that specific ID is missing from the Intel and HP chipset driver files.

I found it by entering the hardware ID in the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

Microsoft Update Catalog

I extracted the driver from the first file listed on the page, zipped it up and attached it below.

You will have to manually install the driver as there is no exe file.

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers option' and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver will install.

Looking at the contents of the driver setup information file,

you can see where Intel left this hardware ID out of the chipset driver because if you look at the HP-Intel driver folder file, you will see the same setup information file listed, but the hardware ID you posted is not listed there.

This is from the Microsoft Update Catalog Intel RaptorLakeSystem file:

[INTEL.NTamd64]
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77DDesc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D

This is from the HP-Intel RaptorLakeSystem file:

[INTEL.NTamd64]
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A70DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A70D
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A72DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A72D
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74D

Mystery solved.
