HP envy 5546
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Right before I drop kick this priter down the street any idea on this one... I have a Envy 5546 on my wifi network.  All other devices (coupe of macbooks , ios devices and my orevious windows PC ) can connect to the printer fine.

Bought a new PC and just can't get HP Smart to configure it. The software can find the device as online but then says it's not online...!!! Basically your device is online so please turn it on...

Print and scan doctor found it straight away , everything else can see it...

Hi,

Print and evaluate a Wireless Test Report and evalaute its results for any wireless connectivity problems:

May you see any warning on the test results header? you may follow below document to better understand the test results:

Had a brainwave and I think I know what the problem might be. The PC is hardwired to the router , the wifi is a mesh network and on a different subnet!
