Hi, I cannot finish installing drivers on HP Elitebook 840G7. Downloaded from HP software:
HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows 5.6.2.008
It stopping in Step2 with Button like on the screen:
Clicking on the button Get Installer, direct me to the site Page not found (hp.com) where the error Page not found is displayed. Trying Return to previous page or Searching webpage by product number doesn't work:
Have tried to connect it manually and doesn't work as well.
My laptop: HP Elitebook 840G7.
Have someone experience similar problem and know what step need take to solve this problem? Do know know where is the problem, I tried to install a few weeks ago on Dell device and was working properly.

Welcome to the HP Community.
The Doctor cannot install the software because the software is no longer available for download.
The Doctor software does not know the reason for the "not found" failure and can naught but report the error.
What next?
Unless you saved a copy of the download for the software, you will have to look for it elsewhere.
For example, someone might have a private archive of the software installation package they will share.
You might find it on the 'net in one of the websites that specialize in archiving software for old printers.
What happened?
HP recently removed the printer old printer software for this and other similarly aged printers.
Why?
No idea - HP does not tell us about internal affairs.
Speculation
I suspect the removal of the software was because software no longer works reliably in the latest Windows 10 / Windows 11 environments.
and / or
The old software might have been for security reasons, too - old printer software, especially that software no longer supported or kept updated, is vulnerable to various problems.

You are welcome.
Search around in your backups - it is likely you have a copy of the web installation package somewhere - check your backups of your Downloads folder.
Thinking of replacement?
Printers of every brand have changed so much since your printer was "new".
Be sure you READ about which new printers support the features you want and need.
