HP Envy 6052
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a refurbished HP Envy 6052 and installed brand new HP cartridges. It won't let me past the initial setup, and I cannot find information about this anywhere online. Help!

I understand that printer does not initialize the setup.

 

Apologies for all the inconvenience!

 

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps for a semi-full reset of the printer.

  • Turn the printer off with the front panel button 
  • Disconnect the power cord from the product, and then wait 20 seconds.
  • Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord.
  • Wait 10 seconds, and then release both buttons. The product resets and prints an alignment page.
