Product: HP F2480 All in One printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Placed CD in my computer to run the install on my HP F2480 printer and it spins, brings up a box and states i need to click install, except there is no button to click on that says install - only an Exit button that works.  I went to HP website to download drivers/set-up and then tried to run that - nothing.  I have Windows 8 - is that my problem?  I purchased this printer 6 years ago for my mother and she never used it - still brand new in box, so I am now wanting to use it - but I cannot get anything to work to download to my computer.  Can someone help me - what am I missing or not doing right?  I have never had issues before.  Any advice is appreciated.  Thanks!  Lorlyn
