I have tried removing my printer and drivers and re-installing. The computer can see my printer but gives error messages such as 'The selected printer is not available or not installed correctly' or 'Can't print because the printer doesn't seem to be installed', I have run the installation software without errors so I do not know what else I can do. The printer works fine from my phone and was working fine before the update.

Thanks for replying but I have already tried all the troubleshooters etc and they say everything is fine but I still cannot print. Apparently it is the software but I have re-installed all the latest stuff several times and it is still not working. It comes up with unexpected configuration problem 0x80070570 which has been mentioned several times on here but no-one seems to have come up with a fix.

Thanks but just referencing videos is not very helpful, I have already scoured the internet for answers, scanned my machine for errors etc, looked at Hp support documents , run the troubleshooters and I still cannot get it to work. What I actually need is a step by step answer that works or even just identifies what the problem is.
