Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use to use the linux driver installation named hplip.

Now I need to use the printer also from windows 10 ( 1 version pro, one version home )

All are uptodate.

I cannot get hp smart as indicated in hp site.

Contrary to what is stated on hp sites that explain how to get hp smart without a micosoft account, I fall myself into an infinite loop asking me to connect.

Any help is very welcome.
