Product: Officejet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have posted this problem twice before and have received two different sollutions. Neither one of them worked.

I cannot install the full Feature drivers for my Officejet Pro 870. I have uninstalled the basic drivers and tried to install the full feature drivers but was never given the opportunity to select Full Feature Drivers or Full Drivers in the setup screens. Instead only the Basic drivers get installed. 

I am at least printing again but because only the Basic drivers are installed, I cannot print Full Bleed on Photo Paper which is the reason I need the Full Feature drivers.

Can someone give me a phone number to talk with a real person to help me with my problem?

Try it on a different computer, maybe something on your computer is preventing full software installation.
