OK, just went to Windows 10, and cannot get the normal command windows when activating the Photo 7855 icon. I cannot scan or copy. Any solutions?  I have already reloaded the driver.

Installing HP Full-featured driver may solve this issue.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you find any difficulties, you may use HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Alternatively, you may also install HP Smart app
