I just bought this new printer. I have the HP app on my iPhone. The app cannot find the new printer. I have already restarted the printer and the iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the HP app on my iPhone.  The HP app still does not find the printer when I try to begin the installation. Please assist.

HP Recommended

Make sure your iphone is connected to the same wifi network you want the printer to use. Also check that Bluetooth is turned on, since the HP app may use it to find the printer during setup. If it still doesn't show up, try resetting the printer's network settings and then add it again through the HP app.

How do I reset the Smart Tank 5100 network settings? I tried holding down the Wi-Fi and power button for 5 seconds but all that did was turn the printer off.
