HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn

Hi - Running Sonoma 14.1.2  on new MacBook Pro. I've downloaded recommended software via HP Easy Start including: Essential Software and Easy Scan. Successfully install until reach point of Add and Verify Your Device page (recommends HP Driver). Error message pops up: "Cannot configure the device software. Try installing again..."  Note: I've tried installing 5 times, no luck.  I also tried installing generic driver, no luck. My laptop recognizes printer, but there's no driver, so not printing test page, etc.

Any suggestions?
