Product: HP OFFICEJET 5200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried several times to load the software of the HP Officejet  5200 onto my computer via 123HP.COM

The printer loads ok and works but I am unable to scan as there appears to be nothing which allows me to scan

 

Can anyone advise what I need to do

What file did you download, was it OJ5200_Full_WebPack_44.4.2678.exe ?
