Cannot paper with Oficio

I have an 8.5 x 13 inch paper which is the equivalent for Oficio based on the paper size on my printer HP Smart Tank 615. It says that the printer copy does not support Oficio.

I understand that you are getting Oficio paper size not supported error.

Refer to the paper handling specification in this document check the supported paper size in this printer:- Click here

However, you can create a custom paper size to print on Oficio paper size.
