I'm trying to print a booklet using A5 paper, but the first sheet is only printing on the first side, then I get an E2 error.

I have checked the paper size settings are set to A5 in Acrobat (where I'm printing from), and in the HP Smart Print app. From what I can tell, the printer isn't recognising the correct paper length, but I have no idea why, or where to go to change this.

I'd have thought that as the paper size is set to A5, the printer (driver) would know the correct paper length.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Printer can't handle A5 automatic duplex, only A4
