Product: Pavilion 500 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi, initially i installed the same printer twice with different settings(tray 1-duplex n tray 2-normal). Then when i changed again the printer settings, it could not print duplex. i've tried uninstall n install the driver a few times but im still unable to print duplex. Hope u cud help me on this..thank u..
