Hi,
I have a LaserJet M209dw at home. The printer cannot print again after installing Windows 11. I tried to uninstall the printer and install again but the problem persists. The HP smart indicates the printer cannot print. Could you please help me fix this problem?
Thanks,
Alice

Hi @Alice_CKL
Here's what you need to do:
- Disconnect printer/scanner from computer- Disable WLAN, WiFi and/or remove the USB or LAN cable.- Do not switch off the printer >> unplug the power cord from the socket!
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- download only this complete package: HP LaserJet M208dw/M209dw/M210dw/M211dw/M212dw EasyStart Printer Setup Software - Offline Use Only
File name: HPEasyStart-13.6.5-LJM207-M212_UWWL_52_3_4930_1_Webpack.exe (149.7 MB) - Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the HPEasyStart-13.6.5-LJM207-M212_UWWL_52_3_4930_1_Webpack.exe
I recommend the connection type: Select USB
Via USB, means wait until the installation asks to connect the printer/scanner. - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
