HP needs to give us a driver that works with MacOS 11.4 (Big Sur). I also have this problem with a brand new laserjet that is just a brick (boat anchor?) since I can't print anything from PDF or graphics files. I have a Mac running Catalina that works fine but of course my business computer is the one running Big Sur.

hi,
Did you manage to solve it? I have same issue with Big Sur and HP laserjet M15a. Connected but not printing. Thanks in advance

Hi,

Do you have any news about how to solve this problem?

Thanks

Try this download from Apple:

HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for macOS (apple.com)

It solved my problems with my Color Laser on 11.4, I updated to 11.6 because of the Apple vulnerability and everything is still working fine, printing and scanning.

If you check the error log (HP Printer menu\Printer\Error Log) you'll no doubt see "Unable to add document to print job" when your file is sent to the printer and then just disappears.
