HP smarttank 515
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello

I purchased HP smart tank 515 device . Trying to run it on windows 7 64 bit sp1 Installed all drivers from

ST510_Full_WebPack_48.3.4531.exe downloaded from HP  site . Connected the device via Usb connection

On "devices and printers" section - I see that device installed successfully - please see screenshot below

Scanning works properly.

What can cause to the issue and how it can be resolved ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Please review your notifications tray, any chance you may have ByteFence running on your PC?

ByteFence icon:

square-logo

Additionally, press both the Windows Logo and the R keys at the same time, the Run dialog launches.

Type %temp% and press OK.

What is the shown temp folder's path?
