Your website is the worst.  The product registration page is down, can't submit any forms for call back, phone or chat.   Worst product support ever.

We're truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment you're experiencing — we understand how exasperating it feels when you're trying to register your new HP Smart Tank 7301 and the website keeps blocking your progress. And it’s incredibly frustrating to feel stuck when all you want is to get help or connect with someone. Thank you for your patience — we’re here to guide you.

1. Alternative Product Registration:

  • If the website is down, you can also register your product directly through the HP Smart App on your Windows device (if installed).
    • Open HP Smart App ➔ Click Printer SettingsRegister Product.

 

2. Temporary Website Issue:

  • If HP's registration website is undergoing maintenance, trying again after a few hours or the next day often helps.
