HP Officejet Pro 8615 e-All-in-One Printer

My instant ink account shows that I own four printers. I cannot see how to remove the one which got binned a couple of years ago and the one which I will be binning tomorrow. (As in recycling)

I have successfully replaced them on the instant ink subscriptions and removed them from the list of printers showing in my settings on the Mac.

But how do I get them off this list of owned printers please ?

Hi @HKK43,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble removing your HP Officejet Pro 8615 printer from the Instant Ink list, there could be a few potential solutions you can try.

HP Instant Ink Account: Make sure you are logged into the correct HP Instant Ink account associated with your printer. Sometimes, users accidentally create multiple accounts or log into the wrong one.

Internet Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. If it's not connected, the removal process might not work properly.

Web Portal: The most common method to manage your Instant Ink account is through the HP Instant Ink web portal. Log in to your account on the official HP Instant Ink website and navigate to the "My Account" or "My Printers" section. From there, you should be able to manage your printer devices and remove the printer in question.

Contact Support: If you're still facing issues, you might want to contact HP Instant Ink customer support. They can assist you with technical issues and help you remove the printer from your account.

Here's how you can contact HP Instant Ink support:

Website: Go to the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account. Navigate to the support section for contact information.

Phone: You can usually find a customer support phone number on the official HP Instant Ink website. Call the number for assistance with your account.

Email: Some regions offer email support. Check the official HP Instant Ink website for the email contact details.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
