Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

Keep getting errors to complete the setup but no real solution to complete the setup.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled apps on both my computer and my phone.  I have rebooted everything.  I signed up for supplies so that is not the issue.  I have even gotten a response stating that my printing was complete -  not true.  This is a colossal waste of time.  What is written to be easy instructions are actually incomplete.  I have also gotten a message to use the instructions provided with the printer.  They are not helpful at all.  This is so disappointing.  Why would anyone want to troubleshoot a brand-new printer for hours?  It really is just an expensive paperweight at this point.
