HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me please.

My HP Smart tank 7005 All in one is 4 months old and increasingly unreliable when connecting to WiFi.

When nit in use the printer plug is always disconnected from the mains electricity.

Overnight we had a thunderstorm so as soon as I heard the first clap of thunder I disconnected my router and phone connections as I live in a high strike area. I reconnected everything this morning and everything is working fine device wise except for my printer which was not plugged in during the storm.

When I turned on my printer, this afternoon, the WiFi would not connect at all, so I could not print from my Samsung S6 Lite android 16 tablet. I tried resetting the printers WiFi and was button on my router but no luck.

I googled for ages and finally found a HP support factory reset for my WiFi. I followed this procedure and now I have WiFi but my HP App simply will not print from my tablet, but is fine from my Windows 7 laptop, and also from a relatives iPhone. Every time I try to finish set up of the app I just keep getting the Error Code: EBS00P0007 and sorry, something went wrong. Close set up and consult HP Support.

I have uninstall and reinstalled the HP app several times now and still get the same error.

Iwould  be grateful for any ideas as to how to rectify this as currently I cannot print from my tablet which I do a lot.

Thanks for any help.
