Cannot setup new Envy 5055, error code 0X00829C98, watchdog C

Please, is there a fix?

Took it out of the box in the last 15 minutes. Found the app and followed all the instructions and the above error code came up after the screen for language selection. The app searches for a device but does not connect.

I have read tried the suggestions via the community to unplug, plug into a wall plug followed by the back of the printer. The printer comes and gets to the same point and the error code comes up again.

I can’t update anything because I can’t get beyond the error code. This is crazy, I needed a printer for this evening.
