Product: Deskjet 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot uninstall this printer software, nor am I able to re-install the software.  I get and error message that reads as follows:

 

Call to DriverPackageUninstall returned error 5 for package

'C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\hpwia_dj2540.inf_amd64_c8b7effb259a0795\hpwia_dj2540.inf': A caller of DriverPackageInstall must be a member of the Administrators group to install a driver package.

 

I've never seen an error message like this.  I've tried some troubleshooting and nothing works.  I would appreciate an email response please.  my email is [Personal Information Removed]
