Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys, having trouble to download the following file in the ftp site, my machine's hdd is faulty and need the ehd image file to do the whole process with the usb. 

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/SL-M4080FX/

 

Any ideas please? Image file for Samsung SL-M4080fx

Hi:

 

You have to use Internet Explorer to download files from the HP ftp website.

 

HP did something to the site and now it won't work with MS Edge.

 

I have my Edge explorer set to when I right click on the file to open it with Internet explorer.

 

Or you can type Internet Explorer in the search icon on the lower left of the W10 taksbar and get to Internet Explorer that way.
