HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

This is actually insane...

I have gotten a new modem today and I just knew this was going to be literal torture.

I open up HPsmart on my pc tried connection to my printer again. The whole process is stuck on connecting to printer.

Same error on my smartphone. I do a factory reset, now the setup only sometimes detects the printer, and even if it does I never get past the step of connecting to printer.

Also, why are these lights constantly on? 349641308_173712392335962_1837615492277475499_n.jpg

This is getting absurd

edit: further things i have tried:

Downloaded the hp scan and doctor or whatever its called software, still couldnt connect to the printer.
Connected the printer according to this : https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16 (used the

"Connect the printer using Wi-Fi Protected Setup printers without a touchscreen" method ). Thought this solved my issues since i heard a sound prompt from the printer. Now the light is a solid light blue and the wifi symbol is turned on.
I go to the hp smart app, want to add the printer , now it is saying that its offline. Tried this with both an ethernet connection and wifi, still no luck

Edit 2: did another factory reset, restarted my pc with only a wifi connection.

Hi,

Does the front panel list 0 only, or may blinking E and 0 in following?

Did you reset the printer with its ink cartridges installed or away from the printer?

Nope, no E blinking/before the 0. Its just constantly there.

Ive reset the printer with the ink cartridges inside.
