I have the same issue with Win 10 and my Office Jet 4655, will not print color, new cartridges and it prints color with my old PC with Win 7. What is going on? I used the disc from the printer when I installed Win 10. I cannot figure it out, I need help...

Hi @gil12gil1312312

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "Cannot print in black" issue.

Your printer is designed to print only when all ink cartridges have ink. Some ink from all the ink cartridges is used in periodic servicing tasks. This helps to prevent issues such as printhead clogs and poor print quality. There is no way to bypass this feature.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
