Just got this and I keep getting print cartridge alignment sale I don't find it in the book and I've tried everything that I can think of

If you have already performed the steps from the document Alignment Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
