Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

invalid ink cartridges, i have read that HP has gotten in trouble with this before, but they pushed an auto update on 04/16 and now our cartridges dont work. And of course, HP removed all previous versions of their firmare. anyone know how i can downgrade?

Sorry to hear your experience.  Could you elaborate your issue?  Are you setting up the printer using the setup cartrige that came with it?  Will be glad to help.  Currently there are no options availabe to downgrade the Firmware. Thanks.
