I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

I went through all the paperwork with the printer and the emails with the order and invoice but nothing.

Maybe go back to where you bought it and make an inquiry?  It looks like maybe you've already done that with the emails, etc.  Did this come as a promotion from the vendor or directly from HP?
