Catalina Printing Issue Samsung M2625D Cease Printing Message

Hi, 

Having an issue and any help is appreciated. 

Just updated to Catalina and printer Samsung M2625D using driver Samsung M262x 282x stopped printing. 

Message stating:

“prefilter” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

and 

“rastertosec” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Any suggestions as I couldn’t locate any update driver to use on Catalina.

I believe I found the issue for my question above and I'm leaving the info here if someone has a similar issue as I see some people facing the same problem.

Go to:

a) settings

b) security & privacy

c) option allows app downloaded from app store and identified developers

Go to print something

when getting the case printing message hit ok and 

hit allow on the message that appears under option (c) above

make sure the printer is on and hit ok and allow as many times needed

If it doesn't work initially keep repeating the procedure for few times.

Eventually I believe the system will understand that those files are authorized and the message error won't appear.

I did this and it worked. Hopefully will keep working.
