Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M452dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hallo to you in HP Community Just recently acquired this printer and trying to set it up, the operating system is Windows 11 22H2 recently installed, after numerous attempts the printer is not being recognised by the system, the printer couldn't print test page, the printer does not show in the list of printers for devices. This software as downloaded for an x64 is showing as x86 in the task manager :

 

HP_LJ_Pro_M452-PCL_6_v3_Win8plus_Full_Solution-19117 but neither the system or the printer recognise each other. Is thier a link for the versions what allows for installations on Windows 11 in x64 systems ?. Could it or a solution be posted here ?

 

Could someone please assist, thanks

HP Recommended

I recommend that you use the HP Universal Print driver. If you are connecting via usb, run the usb install file first and then connect the printer.

Thanks for the response this did not help. This idea've been tried a number of times, thier is no printer installed at the end process of the software
