Change Cartridge region hp9010

I'm having problems with the hp9010, I bought it in Brazil where it used the 964 cartridges, but now I'm in the United States and I bought the 962, the printer says it's not compatible, how do I change the region so the printer recognizes the 962 cartridges.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
