HP Recommended

Can anybody help, I moved to Australia with my Envy Photo 6220 from the UK, now I cannot get the printer to recognise the band new HP ink cartridges. I have tried calling HP support who basically told me there is nothing that can be done, I just need to buy ink in the UK and ship it!

I've tried changing the country though the HP smart app, all firmware is up to date, im now at a loss.

In this case, you will need to contact HP UK and request that the printer be regionalized for your new country.

After that, it will recognize and function correctly.
