Customer got the error 10431x   incompatible  "x" suppy on all colors.

he bought a complete set of toner.

I found this link in a googlesearch and now i need help to get the printer relocated  by HP customer support.

I reached an non-existing page when following link to Hp customer support in description in the link over.
