I want to change my HP Envy 4520 Series printer from automatically printing in monochrome to color. How do I do that?

This may depend on what driver you have installed but typically on your PC go to control Panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer preferences" from the drop down menu. On the window the opens click on advanced button and then you should see an option for document default and you can change form color to monochrome or vice versa.

Hi,
Apologies for jumping in @Repairatrooper, below steps should resolve such a driver problem automatically.
@candycane1- Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
