HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I purchased the HP Office jet Pro 9020 AIO printer in India and used it for a while. I recently brought it to Canada.

After coming to Canada, the printer didn't work and started throwing errors about printer supply system.

I noticed that the leftover ink in the printhead had leaked and I tried cleaning it.

Even after cleaning to some extent it is showing the same error. I wanted to get a new set of cartridges for the printer and don't find the supported ones (965, 965XL, 969 XL) at all in Canada or the US.

Please help me rectify the issue and change the region to Canada, so that I can order the available cartridges for the printer  in Canada
