Hello HP Community,
I bought my HP Printer from Germany and moved to USA. Same problem with the new Cartridges 202A (Available in USA) are not supported because my old ones has 203A (Germany).
Contacted HP and they said they do not know if this option is available and I should buy a new printer because my printer is out of warranty.
I had to explain them how this is done. Right click Ctrl+Shift on color supply.
I can see the menu to reset the region but I can not find someone in the HP US support who can help me with this.
I have seen some other people getting help here so wondering if someone can save my 400$+ 😞
