Product: Hp Deskjet ink advantage 2545

Dear community

 

I have a HP deskjet ink advantage 2545 from Dubai with cartridge 650. We are now in the Philippines and bought cartridge 678, but not able to use them. I have searched the topic on web and found that I have to change the region of the printer by changing some code in the printer configuration. I have tried searching the HP technical support contact or email with no success.

 

Can someone from the HP community help me on this?
