Hi there,
I have a printer that I bought in Australia. it's an Envy 4520 and it's out of warranty. I have since moved to Europe and cartridges here have a different code to those in Australia (australian are 63 and European are 302) and the printer doesn't accept them. I understand that the printer region can be changed with the help of HP support. I have contacted HP Australia support and they told me to contact HP Austria. However, I can't find any details apart from the Virtual Agent, which doesn't really work for this issue, or paid support. This has been a very frustrating experience. Could someone please me help change the region code on the printer?
Thank you!

@GI91, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
