@CarlaJo, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Just to clarify, the HP 6000e printer (likely part of the HP ENVY Inspire 6000e series) doesn’t control font size directly — the font is set in the application you're printing from, not on the printer itself.
Here’s how you can change the font size depending on what you're using to create your labels:
✅ If You’re Using Microsoft Word or a Similar Program:
- Open your document or label template.
- Select the text you want to change.
- Go to the Home tab.
- In the font section, select Size 10 from the dropdown.
- Print as usual (Ctrl + P or File > Print).
✅ If You’re Using Avery Label Templates:
- Open the template (in Word or Avery Design & Print software).
- Highlight the text inside the label.
- Set the font to Size 10.
- Save and print.
✅ If You’re Using Google Docs:
- Highlight the label text.
- Click the font size box in the toolbar.
- Select 10.
- Go to File > Print.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
