Chat agent hung up on me after I told her I could not use audio to ask for help.

I was using a chat line to speak to Sara Smith and she insisted that she can help me by using audio.  I told her I am deaf and could not use audio.  She disconnected the chat line.  I needed some help to install a HP ENVOY 4520 printer to my laptop.
