Hi @Gls1920,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand the error you're encountering with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer is related to a problem with your HP account. To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

Check Your HP Account:

  • Log into your HP account online and ensure that your account details are correct and up to date. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.

Check for Account or Subscription Issues:

  • If you are using HP Instant Ink, check to see if there are any billing issues, expired subscriptions, or service interruptions. You can manage your Instant Ink account through the HP website.

Sign Out and Sign Back In:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Settings > HP Account or Wi-Fi Setup and sign out of your HP account. Then, sign back in with your correct credentials.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can help reset any temporary issues.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Go to the printer's settings or use the HP Smart app to check for any available updates.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
