Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 3101fdw Printer

I have a MFP 3101fdw printer that just starting jaming paper. The paper is not crinkled or torn, it makes it to about the black roller in the toner area before it stops. About an inch of paper. This happens every time so we are unable to use the printer. Printer is aprox 1 1/2 years old, i cleaned the rollers as indicated in some of the toubleshooting videos. I have tried to clean the sensor to the left of the toner insert. 

I am at a loss why this isnt cycling paper, we have been using the same paper since we purchased the printer.

 

Any ideas?
