Claim code

Hi I am trying to get my claim code for hp instant ink from my printer hp deskjet 3760. I cannot print the form so I have typed my IP address in on the internet and the web services is locked by administrator. I have tried to factory reset the printer but it hasn’t worked. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you
