I performed a Cold Reset. Upon rebooting, the printer displayed a warning that Instant Ink cartridges must be registered before use. It then prompts for cartridge alignment, but the process hangs forever. This seems to be a software catch-22: alignment can’t proceed without registered cartridges, but registration isn’t possible until setup is complete.

Prior the cold reset if the printer was registered to instant ink subscription you need to check your account and re-registrar the printer.

It was registered before the reset. However, I'm now stuck on the alignment screen because I'm using Instant Ink cartridges, and I can’t get past it to re-register the printer. Is there another way to register the printer without completing the initial setup?

When you log in to your instant ink account is printer visible there but offline?

Can you access other printer menu to connect it to the wi-fi internet or you are stuck? If you can connect it to wi-fi can you use LAN cable to connect the printer to the internet?
