Hi, I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 which has been working fine since I had it over 1 year ago.
I had some issue with printing queue, so I downloaded HP Print and Scan Doctor, and I followed it's instruction to perform a cold reset.
When the printer restarted, it displays the message "instant ink cartridge can not be used until the printer is enrolled in HP instant ink", even though I am already registered and paying for HP instant ink. There is no way to get pass this message except to hide it.
It then displays a message "Printing the alignment page", but it doesn't do anything and now just sits on this message.
if I reset or power down once the printer, it still comes back to "Printing the alignment page". I have waited for hours, doing all sorts of hard resets following the support page, and the printer still won't let me go to the main menu. Both HP Print and Scan Doctor and HP Smart no longer detects the printer.
How do I get pass this message?

Hi @smallcollection,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to assist you with the instant ink error issue.
Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: Touch Network Setup. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. Touch Yes.
Once done, connect to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Settings. 4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup. 5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
Let me know if this helps.
