I have a Color LaserJet 3201dw connected via USB cable. It was working until I got a new motherboard and memory and updated to Win11. I can see the printer in the list of printers, but nothing will print. The screen on the printer says it needs a firmware update, but when I click "Continue" nothing happens.
There is an update that has been there since the hardware upgrade and Win11 install. It remains after many restarts. There was a second one that went away after a couple of weeks.
Does anyone think wiring directly to the router would help? I could do that, but running another cable will be hard.
