Product: Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577 I need to update firmware on. When I access the web interface to do so, I am unable to log in as Administrator. It requests an Administrator password that I do not know. I need instructions for factory resetting this particular model to set the password back to default, or additional suggestions if any.
